Delivery

We undertake to despatch your order on the same or next day to its receipt. Orders are sent by 1stClass Royal Mail Recorded delivery, Special Delivery, or UPS/DHL etc, depending on value and weight.

No minimum orders apply, however, a new multi-cost shipping charge will apply. Smaller low cost items will be charged at 3.95 + VAT with larger or more expensive items from 5.00 + VAT. Any delays in delivery, or stock shortages will be notified by e-mail on receipt of your order.

To enable us to offer the lowest prices per model, we are now operating this new low cost delivery charge for all deliveries made within mainland UK. However, please check at point of order, as some promotional items are offered with FREE delivery.

Delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not form of the essence of a contract. Onsitetools shall be entitled to deliver the products in one or more consignments unless otherwise expressly agreed. Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the Products arrive at the customer's / buyers premises.

Returns

The customer / buyer shall inspect the products immediately on delivery and shall within 48 hours of delivery notify Onsitetools of any damaged goods, defects or discrepancies.

The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products if the customer removes the products from their original sealed wrapping or opened any sealed containers.

Any physically damaged or discrepancies with your order must be returned to OnsiteTools within 14 days of delivery. OnsiteTools should be contacted by telephone, email or fax with regards to any returns. A returns number will be issued and should be quoted when the goods are returned for credit or replacement. This also applies to "No Quibble Guarantee" returns.

Your guarantee

Under the terms of our "No Quibble Guarantee" a product may be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 10 days of the invoice date, for a full refund of the product price (excluding any shipping) This offer applies to any product ordered but found to be unsuitable for the customers particular requirements. OnsiteTools does not accept liability for packages damaged in transit during any return and proof of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery. We strongly advise you to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of return carriage is to be borne by the customer - this will be refunded (up to a maximum of 5.00) if the product is proved to be defective.
